The first stage is to remove all the old damaged roofing material
this means original roof ply.
The next stage is to deck out the roof area with high quality 18mm OSB decking boards, allowing room for these decking boards to expand.
Once this is completed all the edge trims are fitted, which will help provide the weather proof seal, and join the roof to any surrounding, structures walls, other roofs etc..
This is then followed by coating the entire roof area in a layer of GRP laminate material.
The final stage is to cover the roof with your choice of Topseal resin topcoat finish.
